Facilitating Appreciative Inquiry Training

Training is limited to 10 to maximize small group experiential learning.

The Cooperrider Center is excited to offer this 3-day class in collaboration with course designers and trainers Mary Jane Dieter and Liz Corcoran. This advanced training will teach you essential facilitation skills for conducting successful Appreciative Inquiry workshops that create dynamic positive change in your or your client’s teams, organizations, and communities.  

Who should attend?
  • AI practitioners, consultants, facilitators, and organizational leaders interested in gaining the specific facilitation skills required to successfully lead a group, organization, or community through the 5-D process of Define, Discover, Dream, Design, and Deliver.
  • Inspired and motivated individuals with significant self-study and experience with Appreciative Inquiry philosophy, core principles, and the 5-D process.

Refund Policy
  • Unless the program is canceled by Champlain College, all payments received are non-refundable.
  • Substitutes are acceptable with written notice at least 5 working days before the first day of the program. Substitutes must meet all program prerequisites, if applicable.
  • If participants have booked and paid for a program and are unable to attend on the program date, they may choose to transfer to the next program; however, availability and status of future programs are not guaranteed. An administration fee of US $75.00 for each transfer will be incurred, payable at the time of the transfer request.
