Refund Policy

Unless the program is canceled by Champlain College, all payments received are non-refundable.
Substitutes are acceptable with written notice at least 5 working days before the first day of the program. Substitutes must meet all program prerequisites, if applicable.
If participants have booked and paid for a program and are unable to attend on the program date, they may choose to transfer to the next program; however, availability and status of future programs are not guaranteed. An administration fee of US $75.00 for each transfer will be incurred, payable at the time of the transfer request.
