Students traveling from a distance may check into their residence dorms between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM on Thursday, 5/23. There is a $35 charge for early check in, which includes breakfast Friday a.m. Please contact us in mid-May to receive your room assignment.
Those of you requiring transportation to & from the airport, bus stations and train station are encouraged to contact the Green Cab Company in Burlington, VT: 802-864-2424.The Burlington airport and bus stations are approximately ten minutes from campus, and the Amtrak train station in Essex Junction is twenty minutes from campus.
If you are traveling by public transport, please forward your itinerary to us so that we may know when to expect you. We would be happy to put you in touch with other CCYW students sharing your flight, train, or bus, so that you can make taxi arrangements together.
If you need to arrive on campus earlier than 7:00 PM on Thursday, or if you plan to depart the conference earlier than 2:00 PM on Sunday, please contact us so that we can accommodate you.
